Class & Studio Policies

Students register on-line or by phone (612-789-9868)

To complete your registration, you may either send a check to the gallery or call in a credit card.

You will be asked for a photo of your piece. We will advise if not appropriate.

All funds are held until class begins. If paying by credit card, please have card to run on first day.

In case of class cancellation, no tuition is charged and the class will be rescheduled.

Students dropping the class within 7 days of class start will be charged full tuition.

Students dropping the class within 8-14 days of class start will be charged half tuition.

Every effort will be made to fill your spot.

Second time students receive 10% discount off class fee. Third (& subsequent) time students (veterans) receive 20% off.

Couples may work on the same piece for 1.5 times tuition (second person on same piece is half off).

Upholstery Studio time is available on a limited basis and must be scheduled with gallery staff.

Otherwise, Upholstery Studio time is charged at $10/hr.

***Projects must leave at the end of workshop.***

If you do not finish, we recommend you register for another workshop.

Be advised that many projects can take two or more sessions to complete.

***Studio time assumes that you will not require assistance or instruction.***

Students having completed 3 classes are eligible to buy 10 hour Studio Time punch card for $80.

Projects requiring full time assistance from instructor are charged at $30/hr.

Upholstery tools, materials & fabric are available for purchase by alumni at discount prices.
